Thank you, Rabbi for your class. Shana Tova all your family and staff of this Web site. Some small mistake in the title: instead of "Yaei" need to write "Yaeir", as in the pdf-file and the name of maamar "מאמר כנשר יעיר קנו וגו'".

the concept of accepting where you are in actuality , being honest with yourself while doing what you are able at this point in time, personally, is a very timely reminder.  thank you..  i found that during elul, selichos, etc. i was becoming depresssed and negative from a feeling of overload-desparately trying to figure out how to serve Hashem with joy" while feeling chocked by "too much".
i guess that's when it is time to re-evaluate?        also, is it true that we each have a guardian  angel?  but other angels assist us at sometimes also?  thank you

I had the good fortune of having a Mshpia with much common sense. He put it this way. There is a space between inactive complacency and heavy frustratededness (sorry I made up the word). This space is proactive frustration, which means this: I accept who I am. I must or I’ll drown, but I must constantly grow. My hunger for growth should be one drop more than what I am actually capable of doing, so that it motivates and doesn’t overwhelm.
The Hippies used to say “Think globally and act locally”.
In context this means, have big dreams but remember it’s only what we do that matters. We must celebrate whatever we’ve done and aspire for more, much more.
Much success. Remember that helping others is both very Lubavitch and a great way to keep
